I think the bulletin board is a great idea and something similar should be presented by colleges all over. Not once did any of my professors explain to us the consequences of not eating healthy or not eating at all. Last spring my midterms came during a stressful personal time and eating to me was no longer important. That is until my so called hypoglycemia(low sugar) symptoms started kicking in every single day of the week. That was a sign that I was not treating my body right. Thanks for the tips. I was so hungry studying for my midterm yesterday that I got distracted and day dreamed about food!
