Attention all writers, english scholars, and knowledgeable students, we want you to write for CollegeThrive.com!
With the fall semester in sight, we are currently building up a strong arsenal of blog posts ranging from academic advice all the way to health and fitness tips for college students. We have a strong focus on building this blog into the go to place for student tips and advice, and we would love your help. If you have a top secret study tip or know of a great resource for students, then why not share it them?
Writing for us is very simple, and you can find the process or submission on our “write for us” page.
“What’s in it for me?”
Well, seeing that I’m a broke college student myself, I am unable to offer any financial compensation at this time. (I do however, have high hopes of one day being able to offer paid guest posts). However, there are still plenty of benefits when writing for CollegeThrive.
- Link to your site, Facebook account, resume, whatever.
- A short bio & pic displayed before your article.
- Writing looks great on a resume!
- The satisfying feeling of knowing you’ve helped out fellow students.
Articles We’re Looking For
Although we are open to any article relating to college that is helpful to students, here a few specific articles we are currently hunting for. (Feel free to come up with your own ideas. I am not trying to limit any creativity with this list).
- Any article targeting college freshmen.
- Transitioning to dorm life.
- Financial tips (saving money, spending less, scholarships, etc.)
- Web/iPhone apps for students.
- Productivity tips.
- Innovative study tips and ideas
- Much, much more.

“it’s not write for us”
I have a feeling that’s a typo, but it’s still clever! =D
Maybe CollegeThrive could use some advice from a non-traditional, former freshman that happens to be 30 years old? Heck, I have to ask apparently… after what happened the last time I volunteered to write for another blog!

Haha, yes it was a typo. I just wrote the word write so much in this post that I couldn’t get it right.
Yes, it would be great to have get some advice 30 year old former freshman.

Haha, not a problem. In my reply to you on my site, I hit reply before I finished typing… it happens.
I'll write something up for you tonight.
